Refund and Returns Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete the refund, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return

Once your refund is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact the company servicing your credit card. It may take some time before your refund is officially published.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before sending a refund.

If you have done all this, but have not yet received a refund, please contact us at team@inlabx.com.

We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to team@inlabx.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your refund. After receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if an order was delivered to the giver to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and he will know about your return.

Delivery is returned

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning the item. The shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to exchange the goods delivered to you may vary.

You may want to consider using a tracked delivery service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
