X2-PRO Bare Knuckle strengthens the skin, blood vessels, facial bones and jaw muscles!
1) Use the impact surface to work out the brow arches and the cheekbone area. (Figure 1)
2) Work out the brow ridges and the cheekbone area with a pressure surface. (Fig. 2)
3) Hold the equipment between your teeth. Squeeze and loosen the equipment, train until the jaw muscles light up. (Fig. 3)
Work through each zone for 1 minute. The total exercise time lasts 9 minutes.
Attention! The effect will be achieved due to medium-strength blows. Applying too much force can cause skin irritation and capillary rupture.
Wash the equipment with warm water and soap before and after use.
